The recently resigned RCMP Commissioner Zaccardelli often took RCMP private planes rather than cheaper public airlines. In 2005 he took 41 round trips. In 2006 he took 31. I wonder if free rides on RCMP planes are part of his retirement benefits along with his expensive boots?
