This is typical there is no justice when you become part of the secret rendition practice of the US. Any justice is blocked by the state secrets doctrine. Germany at one point was seeking to extradite CIA operatives involved. It all comes to naught. In Canada Arar was lucky but then the US has never cleared apologised or done anything except to have an immigration court declare him a member of Al Qaeda. No wonder there is some much anti-American sentiment in the world.
